GLongP provides end-to-end encrypted messaging, voice and video calling, and an encrypted notes vault. By using the app you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Your account is created and controlled entirely on your device. The 12-word recovery phrase is the only way to restore your account on another device, and the only key to your encrypted messages, notes and vault.
We never receive it and cannot reset it. If you lose the phrase, your account and its data cannot be recovered by anyone, including us. Back it up before you need it, and never share it. We will never ask you for it.
We do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive users. You must not use GLongP to create, send, store or distribute:
Violations end your right to use the service, without notice.
In every conversation and group you can report a user or block them. Blocking drops their messages and calls on your device immediately. We review every report within 24 hours and act on offending users, including cutting off their access to our relay.
You are responsible for what you send. Because messages and calls are end-to-end encrypted, we cannot read, pre-screen or retrieve them. Moderation relies on user reports, which is why section 4 matters.
You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete account). This wipes your device and deletes your data from our server. It cannot be undone.
The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change or discontinue features.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, G'LongP Technology Corp is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data or of access to your account arising from your use of the app, including loss caused by losing your recovery phrase.
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page and in the app. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
